Hi, I'm Anastasia and I don't look like a typical consultant.

I started my career as an M&A lawyer. For 7 years I built systems — deals, structures, agreements that had to hold under pressure. Then I made an unusual move: I turned that same lens on people and organizations.

For the past 15 years I've been developing leaders and designing teams across the USA, Europe, and Central Asia. I've worked inside boardrooms and on the floor with engineering teams. I've sat with a tech lead in crisis two weeks before a major release — and helped him come back.

Over the same 15 years, I've been a practitioner and instructor of Qigong — a discipline about how energy moves through living systems, and what blocks it. It sounds different from organizational design. It isn't.
What I bring isn't a methodology. It's 22 years of understanding how systems work — human, organizational, and everything in between.
